What does this apprenticeship offer?
What are we looking for?
A nationally recognised Level 3 Machining Technician.
Minimum pay of £8 an hour, with opportunities later on to become a part-owner in an employee-owned business.
Work within a bespoke plastic engineering business serving clients in the automotive, medical and transport industries.
GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or higher.
Previous relevant qualifications and experience are desirable, e.g. Level 2 Engineering.
Candidates who possess good hand-eye coordination, a positive work ethic, the ability to analytically solve problems and work well within a team.

Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). Primarily Tooling.
Complete jig and tool repairs in line with manufacturing requirements.
Support production with daily activities such as breakdowns, modifications and improvement initiatives.
