Previously worked in electronics industry, then automotive in quality control / assurance / engineering. Progressed into a compliance auditor management role for major global OEM before joining PES.
Motivation includes identifying improvements of the methods and processes utilised to ensure quality for our customers. Enjoy developing others, sharing my experiences within quality with the team. I always aim to be upbeat and live life with a smile on my face.
