As newcomers, we were very nervous with taking the next step in our project – getting our product made. We didn’t need to worry. PES were friendly and set our minds at ease from the first contact, explaining the process in plain English. Throughout the process of making the tools, nothing was too much trouble. Any changes needed were explained simply, allowing us to approve quickly. When moving into the manufacturing phase, they came through in the timescale they promised. The quality was spot on, better than we had imagined. We will definitely recommend PES and look forward to placing the next order with them in the near future.
